Here are a few important notes to keep in mind: Security Deposit: A security deposit is required (amount varies by the length of stay). Instructions for payment will be sent separately. House Rules: This home is designed for extended family groups and is not suitable for rowdy parties. Outside guests are prohibited without prior approval. Unauthorized use will result in immediate removal without a refund, and guests will be liable for damages. Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $300 pet fee. Fire Pit: Please bring your own firewood if you plan to use the fire pit. Pool Heating: Pool heating is available with at least three days' notice and costs $35 per day, and it must be arranged for the full duration of your stay. Heating can take up to 24 hours depending on weather, and the temperature will not exceed 95°F. Please note that the pool heater may temporarily shut off in very cold conditions to protect the system. Availability of pool heating is not guaranteed.
