Great space with plenty of room both indoors and outdoors, set in a lovely, quiet location. We made good use of all the amenities, including the fire pit, ping pong table, pool table, and foosball table, which made the stay really fun and relaxing. The kitchen was also perfect for having a private chef come in and cook a wonderful meal. The home checked all the boxes for our group. Overall, we had a great stay and I would absolutely go back!

We came for a birthday weekend and it was perfect. The lake literally right outside the door, hot tub, fire pit, kayaks, everything you need is just there. The house fit our whole group comfortably and nobody wanted to leave on checkout day 😅

Came here with a big group of friends and we did not want to leave. The lake is right there, the hot tub was going every night, and there’s just so much space that nobody was ever on top of each other. The kayaks were a huge bonus we weren’t even expecting. Already texting the group chat about booking it again next year.

We booked this for a family reunion of 18 people and honestly it blew us away. The photos are nice but they really don't capture what it feels like to wake up with water on three sides of you. We were on the kayaks every morning, hanging on the lawn in the afternoon, and fighting over spots in the hot tub every night lol. The house is huge but it never felt cold or hotel-y. Everyone had their own room and bathroom situation but we still all ended up piling into the main living area together. We cooked big dinners every night in the kitchen which had everything we needed. Location was so much better than we expected. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere in the best way but Monticello was literally 10 minutes away when we needed a grocery run. And we were coming from the city — barely two hours door to door. We're already talking about coming back for New Years.

This place is on another level. Being on a peninsula with water views on three sides makes it feel completely private and peaceful, like your own resort in the Catskills. The house is massive but still feels warm and inviting. Tons of space for everyone, super clean, and perfectly set up for both relaxing and spending time together. The lake was the highlight. Waking up, grabbing a kayak, and being on the water within minutes was unreal. Nights by the firepit and hot tub overlooking the lake were just as good. Easily one of the best stays we’ve ever had. If you’re considering it, just book it.

We had the best weekend here with our group! The house is massive and so well equipped. Everyone had their own space but we still had plenty of room to hang out together. The surroundings are gorgeous, super peaceful and private. Hannah was incredibly communicative from the moment we booked. Honestly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Don’t think twice about booking this place!
